"Do You Have A Heart For God?"    (sermon)





Do you have a heart for God?  Before you answer, first
consider this: Are most all of your prayers said for

the benifit of others? Do you pray as the bible asks
and pray for all men first, and for those who are set in

authority? If not, you may want to reconsider your answer.
For God loved us first, way before we considered Him at

all. When you put the needs of others before yourself,
and pray accordingly, then you can truthfully say that

you have a heart for God. This, is good and acceptable in
the sight of the Lord, for He knows that you trust your

life and needs into His hands, and you are showing Him
that you truly "love your brother as you love yourself",

by your putting their needs first. So, if you truly love
God, with all of your heart, then let not a need of

someone else come into your ears, without letting the
Lord, put it into your heart, to pray for them. For the

Word of God says..."pray for one another". So let your
love for God, manifest itself by doing what He asks us

to do, and let it NOT be just lip service, as Jesus said
..."Ye flatter me with your lips, but your heart is far

from me". In Christs Love.......ManofGod
