"Blessed Are They"


Blessed they are, whose eyes do see
That all, good things, come straight from Thee

Blessed are they, Whom trust, Your words
When tribulation hours occur

Their steps are taken, not led by sight
But walk by faith, in the spirit of light

For understanding, they trust YOU
No matter what, type storms come through

For wisdom of men, is foolishness
For by Your truths, they are so blessed

The belt of truth, binds up their girth
Their sword, Your words, of Your armor

Their shield of faith, doth catch the darts
Thrown by the destroyer, of hearts

The shoes of peace, are on their feet
Their breastplate, righteousness in Thee

Salvations helmet, is worn by these
Who, in their heart, Your words received

They know by grace, that they are saved
And they give not, Satan a place

They are quick to testify, Your story
And have no fear of worldly worries

For they know that fear, comes not from Thee
For Thou has given them, eyes that see
