"The Lords supper"

 The Lords Supper is when He ate the last meal with His apostles.
 He told them as He brake bread "this is My body" then He gave

 them the cup, saying drink "for this is My blood" do this in
 remembrance of Me. After ten days, I shall send the Holy Spirit,
 who shall be with you always.
